QSI Chongqing International School Lunch Program Procedures and Routines
o Participation in the lunch program is optional. Each participating student will have an individual Lunch Program Account created monitored by the school accounting department.
o Parents will be required to make an initial deposit of 400 RMB into the account .
o Each morning the student will order lunch from a selected menu order form. The cost of the order will be deducted from the individual student account.
o Parents will be notified through email or note that the account is below 50 RMB.
o The account may be closed and the balance refunded if:
- the student leaves the school
- the parent wishes to withdraw from the lunch program
o At the end of the year the parents will decide if they wish the remaining balance to be carried over to the next school year or refunded.
